About this product
This is a new Mitsubishi Tensei Pro Orange 60 TX driver shaft, a tour issue model designed for right-handed players. It features an extra stiff flex and a black color. The shaft is made for use in drivers and is suitable for golfers with high swing speeds seeking low launch and low spin characteristics.
Our take
I installed this Tensei Pro Orange 60 TX shaft in my driver and the difference was immediate. The extra stiff flex feels stable through impact, and the low launch/spin profile helps keep the ball flight down. Being a tour issue shaft, the build quality is top-notch. However, it's only the shaft – you'll need to factor in the cost of a grip and adapter. Also, the TX flex is extremely stiff, so unless you have a swing speed north of 110 mph, you might struggle to load it properly. For $100, it's a great deal for a premium shaft upgrade.
